To make these garden harvest, you’ll need:

Wash all garden harvest thoroughly with salt and water. After washing them well, cut large potatoes, crush garlic and pick rosemary. In a clean pot, place potatoes, add hot water, salt and bring to a boil. Discard water, put par boiled potatoes into a Ziplock bag and season with crushed garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, crushed chillies, 1 calorie spray and rosemary. Mix in well to coat and place potatoes onto a hot tray, keep cut side down and roast for 20 minutes at 180°C, flip potatoes and roast until crispy and cooked. In a heated pan, spray cooking oil, place the broccoli, onions, tomatoes and stir fry. Season with some sea salt and Cajun seasoning. Adjust seasoning to your taste and it’s ready to serve.
