Carrot Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients List

2 1/2 cups macaroni

4-6 cups water (to cook macaroni)

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp butter (to add to macaroni when cooked)

For Cheese Sauce

1 cup grated mozzarella

2 cup mature cheddar

1 mozzarella ball cut into pieces (optional)

2 1/2 cups evaporated milk (or milk of choice)

3 medium sized carrots

1 tbs butter

1 tbs flour

1 tbs green seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp old bay

1/2 tsp all-purpose seasoning

1 tsp paprika

For Topping

1/2 cup mozzarella

1/2 cup mature cheddar

1/2 cup Red Leicester cheese

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes on 200•C
