Pomegranate smoothie that supports the digestive system

Ingredient:

Pomegranate

1 peeled apple

Cantaloupe melon

Pineapple

1 kiwi

Water

Ice

Instruction:

In a speed blender, add pomegranate seeds, water and blend. Strain and set aside (I recommend straining it and removing the top) Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
